[Request] Make admin sharing case insensitive

Right now when typing a name into the 'username or email' box the name or email must be case sensitive. It would be nice if this were not the case.

Expected Behavior

The input should be case insensitive

Current Behavior

The input is case sensitive

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Attempt to share a server with a user but miscapitalize a letter

Context

An admin's username began with a capital letter while on most other platforms it begins with a lowercase one. This caused a few moments of confusion as to why they were not showing up.

• Daemon version used: 256
• Server OS (eg. Ubuntu 16.04): Windows Server 2012 R2
• Server environment (e.g. node.js 5.4): node 6.7.0
• Client browser (e.g. Chrome 39): Chrome 55.0.2879.0 canary
