Podcast services such as .podtoo.com now serve podcasts as HLS 5 second segments within a .mp3 file wrapper
Suggested solution
PodFetch should also support HLS, otherwise you only download the first 5 second segment of a podcast episode
Apple Podcasts seems to support it well
Alternative
Trigger an external HLS Downloader app, meaning you need to control the downloader for episodes as configuration per podcast
