It'd be great if I could run this in the browser! (right now it seems to be heavily reliant on Node API's and so even if I don't use any files and try to operate over string this fails)
Context is: I'm working on a browser extension where I want to copy a self-contained snippet of HTML from the page (which includes inlining styles into it
