Mowzie's Mobs doesn't generate structures

Mowzie's Mobs mod is correctly registered in configs, but still no its structures in TFC world

Well, looks like only mowziesmobs:wrought_chamber has issue, other structures will be spawned fine if you set the same biomeTag from worldgen_config.json to biome_whitelist array in biome_config of Mowzie's config
