Fix 'Call already ongoing'

Sporadically some people get this message in the logs and after that they cannot initiate another call. Issue seems to be that web socket somehow closes (without an error though) and state is messed up.

Been trying to reproduce, but have never been able to.

Here's a good reproduction from JJ that might help get to the bottom of this:

So what seems to happen is that:

1. JJs talks using Olympus and then leaves the laptop running overnight
2. At some point the networking is shut down and the websocket is closed
3. Next day he logs out and logs back in successfully (registration is successful)
4. He tries to make a call but he gets 'call already ongoing' issue on the web console

So the issue seems to be that in those cases the state is messed up somehow
