Problem when changing firmware using MSD mode on Windows 8.1

There is a bug when using MSD mode to changing firmware on Windows 8.1. Works fine on Windows 7 and 8.0.

I've just bricked my BLEMini using Windows 10 by simply just plugging it into USB. It's stuck in a reconnect loop now and won't power on via the Arduino connections. On plugging it in to my PC, the BLEMini was not connected to the arduino just floating on its own. Looking for a Windows 7 PC now to try to fix it...
