Move fitting process to another thread

Move fitting process to another thread so that while experiment is running there is no problem with data loss.

This applies to the very process of automatic curve optimization - so that it doesn't freeze the GUI. Other than that, any crash in the thread would cause crash of the program if not caught properly.
