[Enhancement]: Update Mii / PNID data over gRPC #198

What enhancement would you like to see?
gRPC endpoint like GetUserData but for setting or updating PNID profile info. This is already in the HTTP api, but was specifically requested by the moderation team for the purpose of remotely removing inappropriate Miis. We could make a specific "reset Mii" gRPC, but given a generic API the admin panel can also make this happen.
