Import whitelist instructions #562
Description
The Import whitelist screen does not show a limit for the number of addresses unless the Pegged STO module is attached. The limit was previously 75 and appears to have been reduced to 40. However it still shows as 75 when the Pegged STO is attached. The change from 75 to 40 was brought to my attention by an issuer who previously was uploading a whitelist of greater than 40 but now encounters a warning.

When I tried to reproduce on Kovan it allowed me to upload more than 40 investors in one list with no error.
