Adding microimpute paper in latex

• Update notebook and documentation section that imputes wealth with the new categorical-to-dummy implementation.
• Move tests to the root of the repo
• Update tests documentation and .toml comments
• Add literature review on how QRF or other methods have been used with different datasets / for different approaches
• Add limitations of ml
• Add a small section addressing selection bias and overfitting
• Add a robustness check section
• Update package version
• Ensure sphinx argparse remains pinned to at most 0.5.0
