Handle SSL verification

SSL verification option to be set on the SDK

1. Load the certificate with SSL verification equal True
2. Ignore the certificate wtth SSL verification equal False

SDK to have a key, ssl_verification like paymob.ssl_verficiation=True/False

SDK to have a key ca-bundle like paymob.ca_bundle=PATH
