Impossible to install Pathvisio on mac

I want to install PathVisio_macos_3.3.0.dmg (so the last version available) on my mac but I have this error message that don't allow me:

I believe this is a new variation of the warning message we've always seen on Macs. This is simply a result of us refusing to pay Apple a fee. Has nothing to actually do with security. See the installation instructions for more details:

In brief, you have to override this warning. You only have to do this once.
