Permissions for click (and maybe other formats) might behave incorrectly

i have set click and open_url to true, run_command to false in luckperms. when i try to format with run_command it works but i expect it to not work. and setting click to false disables any click including open_url. is it intentional or an oversight? (i've tested it with click only but it might also plague hover.)

Does it effect opped players? Also try setting it up in config instead, might work better

op players get full spectrum of formatting from my small test right now

i wanted for players to be able to make custom link lables with click:open_url but restrict them from making any other clickables
