Add missing plural label translations to 12 language files

Adds missing .labelp (plural) translations to languages that have corresponding .label (singular) translations already defined.

Changes

Added plural translations to:

• Czech (cs): 14 keys
• Danish (da): 14 keys
• Greek (el): 2 keys
• Spanish (es): 14 keys
• French (fr): 12 keys
• Hungarian (hu): 15 keys (includes bulk_info_provider_import_job keys)
• Italian (it): 14 keys
• Japanese (ja): 12 keys
• Dutch (nl): 1 key
• Polish (pl): 14 keys
• Russian (ru): 14 keys
• Chinese (zh): 14 keys

Keys added include: attachment_type.labelp, currency.labelp, group.labelp, label_profile.labelp, measurement_unit.labelp, orderdetail.labelp, parameter.labelp, part.labelp, part_association.labelp, part_custom_state.labelp, part_lot.labelp, pricedetail.labelp, project_bom_entry.labelp, user.labelp.

Japanese and Chinese use identical singular/plural forms as these languages don't differentiate.

Original prompt

Add plural label translations to the language where they are missing and who have singulars defined. Base the translations on the translation keys that were removed from the english translations as the keys were renamed / are used differently now
