Improve legend #2
Description
The current legend for sieve doesn't give much information. Specifically there are 4 elements:
none,aggresive: Optimization flags used in RuSTy0,3: Optimization flags used in clang
This might be a bit misleading for anyone not familiar with the dashboard.
