cpw.mods.fml.common.DuplicateModsFoundException should be filtered out

A DuplicateModsFoundException is not an error from the modder but an error from the end user. Also the information they provide to the site is minimal. That's why i think they should be filtered. Example: http://openeye.openmods.info/crashes/5104386c7693522c70df4ba7fafd8cf4

These errors could be caused by mods though...
