undoing(Ctrl+Z) into an error state doesn't show the error on Workflow Settings

Describe the bug Undoing into an error state or out of it doesn't update the error message on the Workflow Settings page.

I have reproduced this locally on main:

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the workflow settings form
2. on the name input, backspace the entire name to enter an error state
3. undo(Ctrl+Z) to get out of the entry name error state but the error will still be stuck
