A couple of typo-ish issues in Definition.md

In the Definition.md:

The second Element is missing a period at the end:
The model must be provided along with access to the NNWs as necessary to study how the model was trained.
Instead of:
The model must be provided along with access to the NNWs as necessary to study how the model was trained

The third Element is formatted incorrectly in markdown so they don't appear as subsections. To make subsections I think there should be no spaces before the double hyphens:

• The model must be provided along with information on how the model was trained, including the following:*
  -- model architecture
  -- training methodology
  -- description of the data used to train the model and their provenance
  -- hyperparameter configurations.

Instead of:

• The model must be provided along with information on how the model was trained, including the following:*
  -- model architecture
  -- training methodology
  -- description of the data used to train the model and their provenance
  -- hyperparameter configurations.
