- Documentation to be done during the different phases of the project
- Templates (associated with guidelines) which indicate what should be documented in each phase of the project
- Completness of the documentation in percentage can contribute to updating the status of the Project
- Include gamification in order to motivate people by turning certain tasks into a game where they can win badges, honors, and other prizes
