Improve "NethVoice Proxy" Step in Wizard for Second NethVoice Instance

When installing a second instance of NethVoice in NS8, the "NethVoice Proxy" step of the wizard is confusing for users. The user interface (using Carbon Design System) does not make it clear that the fields are disabled and read-only. Even experienced users and developers found it unclear whether the fields could or should be changed. In practice, this creates confusion and the impression of a misconfiguration.

Proposed solution

1. Skip the "NethVoice Proxy" step completely when installing a second instance, since the configuration has already been defined and should not be shown to the user anymore.
2. Alternatively, keep the step in the wizard, but replace the current read-only form with a textual recap, clarifying that no user action is needed and that the configuration cannot be changed at this stage.

Additional context
Feedback from both users and support teams indicates that seeing the configuration again is unnecessary and confusing. The support team noted that the proxy configuration has already been performed and that exposing it again only leads to questions.
