Update marine increment postproc app to optionally nudge to ice thickness and snow depth climatology.

The climatology will be available on mom6/cice grid, probably daily.

@shlyaeva Anna, daily climatology snow depth fields over sea ice in the S. Ocean interpolated to mesh025 grid is on gaea:

At the moment, Jan - March fields are there, the rest should be done in a couple hours:

I did a quick visual inspection of several daily fields, they look fine. I should probably do quantified verification of the interpolated daily fields to make sure there are no bogus values.

Note the units as 'meters'. I assume this should be considered as m3 of snow per unit area of ice.
Let me know if you want me to change anything in the snow depth files.

Thanks for the quick turnaround, @DmitryDukhovskoy!
@shlyaeva pointed me to her recent changes handling the sea-ice nudging. I’m integrating those into my branch, which applies a similar approach for the ocean (potential temperature and salinity). It should be in a working state later today or tomorrow.
In the meantime, if you’re curious about how CICE is initialized, here’s the relevant code:

Great, thanks @DmitryDukhovskoy . I'll probably have to reformat your output to make fms happy, so don't worry too much. I'll use what you have now and make it work somehow. I'll touch base with you tomorrow when I start testing.
