prepare gdasapp for update to coupledvar #1945

https://github.com/JCSDA-internal/fv3-jedi/pull/1392, required for coupled fv3-jedi + soca Var, changes fv3-jedi code to sort variables inside State and Increment. This change doesn't change any results, but changes the reference output (the variable list in state or increment print will be sorted alphabetically).
I ran the script that updates reference files on gdasapp, branch is here: develop...feature/update_ref_coupledvar. I haven't tested it yet.
