💡 Description

We need to add the description of a bundle/volume to the right hand preview pane.

• For volumes we will read the voldesc.cat and parse out the description field
• For bundles we will query the PDS API for the bundle description.

Will also reach out to Jordan to ask about volume descriptions and the PDS API.
