Detect formatting only changes

If a file only had formatting changes offer during --ask to ignore the file.

Possibly

• Inform the final step that x, y, and z had formatting only changes.
• Offer 5th type for the change and ask the user if "formatting" changes should be mentioned

the concept would be to analyze the diff and if spaces, new lines, and possibly characters like commas are the only difference, default to Ignore or a 5th option of formatting.

And if formatting changes are in the loop ask the user if we should mention them. If no we reclassify as ignore.
