Feature: Allow selection of "my" node

Right now we can only ever see DX information from the single node configured int the config.json. It'd be great to have the ability to store a selection so you can see the mesh from your node's POV

MeshInfo will default to the server's node (if found), otherwise the UI will account for not having a reference node. The user will be able to select the node they wish to focus on (and last chosen will be remembered, either by a cookie, or some other browser storage mechanism).
