Daily challenge

It would be nice if you could add a daily challenge where the same 5 questions appear every day for everyone to answer, so the community can 'compete' and share the results, similar to the logic of https://term.ooo/.

That would be a good thing to have by syncing with Google/Twitter or any other provider that the person wants because most of these information can be tracked on the request.

Also, it would be cool to hit a "time-attack mode" instead where you have like 10 seconds to answer it.
