ENHANCEMENT Add PATCH call handling for Education and EducationBrige for existing Educations #304
Description
When a user is choosing an existing Education to use from the dropdown list, in the back-end, we don't want to create a new Education, we instead want to create a new EducationBridge object, and link the existing Education to the new EducationBridge.
