Eventbuilder PID for zero-field runs

Event builder should be updated for zero-field runs to give a reasonable PID for straight tracks. This would be helpful for forward detector calibration of zero-field runs i.e. torus off (solenoid could be on as it was for RGL)

Sure, just need to define "reasonable PID" without any momentum measurement.

For example, just call every track a pion? Note, that'd be the same as ignoring PID from the event builder and just relying on charge, which seems like maybe the right thing to do anyway.

Doh, no charge either ... I guess you only want e/pi separation from ECAL?

The desired logic is, for DC tracks only:

• ECAL > 500 MeV and HTCC > 2 phe → REC::Particle.pid=11
• else 211?

Should REC::Particle.charge also be set?

There was a followup discussion on this, and I think there was a preference for upstream (tracking) services to set track charge and momentum more appropriately for zero-field. Then, EB just copies those and only manipulates pid values.
