In cycling map, please do not mark barriers with dismount in red

They may be marked black, maybe blue. Just please not red.

Note that the routing engine when cycling is selected, allows routing via dismount barriers. This is fine.

The tagging of this barrier is inconsistent:

On one hand, bicycle=dismount implies that bicycle riders can pass when dismounting their bikes.
On the other hand, access=no implies that pedestrians cannot pass, which caused the barrier to be rendered as "closed".

As a result, while bike routing allows passing through that gate, hike routing makes a detour:

A consistent tagging would use motor_vehicle=no instead of access=no, or add foot=yes.

When using Mapeak to add a barrier, please use

The bicycle=dismount clarification can be added later.

It looks like the rendering of access=no barriers with bicycle and mtb having yes, designated, or permissive, assumes the same value for foot, I have added dismount to the list.

I'm not sure the original approach was correct as the foot routing would not go through a barrier rendered as "no vehicle".
My current inclination is to remove the special handling of barriers with bicycle and mtb having yes, designated, or permissive tags in combination with access=no and no permissive foot tag.

What do you think, @Tsurha?
