[BUG] [NativeFullscreen] "Hide top bar" not persisting

Prerequisites

• [✅] I have searched for existing issues, including closed issues to ensure this is not a duplicate
• [✅] This is a issue for a Plugin from the @inrixia/luna-plugins repo, not the Luna Client or a plugin from a different repo

Environment

• OS: Windows

Description

The "Hide top bar" setting only works until I close the client, after which the top bar comes back. The option stays enabled in the mod settings, but it doesn't work unless I turn it off and back on again.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable Hide top bar in plugin settings
2. Close TidaLuna (fully close, not just minimize to tray)
3. Reopen TidaLuna
4. Top bar reappears

Expected Behavior

The top bar to stay hidden after relaunching TidaLuna

Actual Behavior

The top bar shows up again after relaunching TidaLuna
