When playing as the Soviets in CAmod, if the player captures an Allied base before constructing their own War Factory, the game incorrectly locks unit production to Allied units only—even after the Soviet War Factory is later built. This prevents the player from producing any Soviet-specific vehicles (e.g., V3 rockets, Tesla tanks), despite being on the Soviet faction.

However, this issue does not occur when capturing a GDI base under the same conditions: after building a Soviet War Factory, Soviet units remain available as expected.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Start a new game as the Soviets.
  2. Capture an Allied construction yard before building any Soviet War Factory.
  3. Build a Soviet War Factory after the capture.
  4. Open the War Factory production menu.

Expected Result:
Soviet vehicles should be available for production.

Actual Result:
Only Allied vehicles are available for production.
