Deploying hackers from a hacked internet center causes them to change allegiance

It is possible to order hackers into a hacked internet center that originally belonged to another player or was neutral. However, as soon as these hackers are deployed from the internet center, they change allegiance to whatever faction originally owned the internet center (even becoming neutral).
