Lo L2 - Energy is in KeV while Energy deltas are in eV

While generating L3 spectral index maps from Lo L2 maps, we noticed that the energy deltas are far larger than then the energies, possibly because the energy deltas are being output in eV while the energies are KeV.

This prevents us from computing energy for L3 spectral index maps.
