Use new drone JSON specification for drone data

Change code and test drone data to match the (WIP) api spec. Not required yet for the JSON going from the Server to the Drone as these JSON object specs are to be confirmed.

Update: currently test harness is in sync with the server, but neither of them are yet completely in line with the API specification.
