Updating article to account for the increasing use of LLMs as "code companions"

The sudden and rapid rise of LLMs in the code space is, at least in my corner of the world, starting to hit open source communities. Specifically, we are seeing an uptick in "AI slop" contributions, not only in PRs, but also issues.

A lot of us point our users to this article as guidelines on how to interact with our projects. Having a section, even if it's a small one, with guidance on how to properly use LLMs would be useful.

I haven't personally hit this problem, but I can totally see where it would be a big issue. If you want to draft a section and make a pull request, I'd be happy to edit it and integrate it.

I see two possibilities off the top of my head: you could write a couple of paragraphs for a standalone section, or you could modify a couple of the places that talk about the obligations of the users to emphasize that a low-quality/low-effort contribution isn't helpful. Or, you could do both, if you want.

I might choose to frame it as less anti-LLM than anti-"junk contribution", since the issue with LLMs in this context is that they make it really easy to vomit out a whole bunch of zero-effort useless contributions (I don't think you'd care if someone used LLMs as part of making a high-quality pull request). Otherwise, we risk losing/antagonizing folks who are LLM fans (I'm very much not, but I recognize there are competent people who are).
