Transactions keep failing

I bought 2x 8192 bytes of RAM through your old tool when I was registering 2 new account names. I've just tried to sell this RAM but I keep getting a FAILED pop-up.

I tried selling the RAM together and individually with the same issue each time.

Here is the discription of the failed transaction:
