"Fill screen" zoom on double tap ignores disabled "Show notch if available"

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Disable "Show notch if available"
2. Open an image and double-tap so that the image is zoomed to fill the screen
3. Drag image up/down

Expected behavior

The image should fit the area without notch.

Actual behavior

The image fills the whole screen area, including the part under the hidden notch.

Doesn't seem to happen to me.

• What was the image format?
• Is this intermittent or does it happen with every image?
• Are you using gesture navigation or 3-button navigation?

2. It happens with every image. I also just reproduced this on my second phone (Samsung A05S)
