Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Open any .txt file
  2. add a new line to the file
  3. Click on the back arrow in the header of the file editor

Expected behavior

A "you have unsaved changes" dialog pops up, similar to the one when I press the back button in the system footer of the app (or I swipe back if I don't have 3-button-navigation enabled)

Actual behavior

No dialog appears, and the changes are discarded silently
