Provide an on-ramp to recurring donations #17

One thing a few of us were wondering, is whether or not it'd be possible for FundOSS to both bring in the campaign contribution, and also make it easy for people to sign up for recurring donations directly to the OpenCollective. Currently, the website and GitHub are linked, but the OpenCollective can actually be kind of hard to find from the FundOSS site. But projects might see more long-term recurring contribution if they can get people to also sign up for a recurring contribution.
