How modify filesystem from telnet shell

Hi I have a telnet connection to a moxee device and I'm trying to figure out how to list and modify files but Im not having much luck figuring it out any guidance would be much appreciated thnx!

the telnet shell accepts regular linux/bash commands. ls to list files, and so on

kind of a hectic string of commands lol

but basicly it connects through telnet but if I send commands it doesnt respond, then when I do ctrl+] it gives telnet shell... but linux commands dont work and and if I type help it gives a limited list of commands

can you try nc 192.168.1.1 24? it should not give you a prompt at all, but still work
