AI stuck on the HQ stairs

I had this issues a few times already: Somehow AIs tend to get stuck on the stairs of the HQ.

No matter what I try they just circle around at that spot of the stairs without getting out of its grip.

edit: Other AIs get trapped too and it also happens with the stairs of the FOBs.
