Review API-Guidelines: API response "meta"

Reduce the verbosity of the suggested "meta" section of a DINA compliant API response:

Considering the meta section is included in every calls, we should try to keep the section as small as possible.

A lot a the suggested items are already present in the call (apiVersion, moduleVersion, sort).
