Find Motion Original, from FCP Project.

I do some season based editing, winter sports.
Now it's time again.
Bringing up a FCP project as a template from last winter, and start editing it. Works fine.
But I can't remember name of the Motion Title I used.
Can copy and paste between projects, but that makes the workflow much harder. I also se some tweaks that I will do to the Title.

Is It any way to find the original?
The headline "5 JSM SG" on the Title in the timeline is written by me.

Has open the FCP package and looked inside but didn't find any thing that helped me.

Any body how recognize the Motion Title, I can have downloaded it from MotionFX or other template provider.

Export a FCPXML and open it in a Text Editor. Or use CommandPost's HUD to import the FCPXML to review.

Now I just have to become a CDA (Computer Detective Archaeologist) searching and digging in to backups and old archived external hard drives.
That's some kind of fun to.
