AI uses "Forge of Heroes" on the opponent's commander (https://scryfall.com/card/cmm/995/forge-of-heroes)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Play against AI in a commander game. Make sure the AI's deck contains the card "Forge of Heroes"
2. Wait for AI to put this land on the battlefield
3. During your turn, cast your commander
4. AI will use "Forge of Heroes" give your commander a +1/+1 counter or a loyalty counter if your commander is a planeswalker

Expected behavior
Maybe don't.
