Checking/Unchecking Codes sometimes results in the program Unchecking all codes

This program looks great, I love that it supports Dolphin INI format!

Unfortunately I ran into a bug which you can reproduce by using my GUPE8P.ini file:

Simply open it in the program and start checking/unchecking codes in the list. It will eventually clear all codes in the list unexpectedly.

I'm thinking it may be related to having codes enabled by default in the INI, but I could be wrong, I did not do much testing yet.
I'll look into this and see if I can track down the cause, and open a PR with a fix if I do.

Update to this, seems it is actually intentional. If you click the code name (not the checkbox) this will unselect everything except the code name(s) clicked. If Ctrl is held while clicking the name, any prior selected ones will persists (however pre-checked codes still uncheck).

I may add a toggle to switch operating modes relating to this.
