Make it a **REAL** and solid library

It's starting to be a pretty big library with some useful utility that may be helpful to someone else, out there.

It finally needs to become a REAL and solid library:

• Add the JSDoc (Introduction of JSDoc #9).
• Add a documentation website (Vitepress?).
• Add tests (Introduction of unit tests #2).
• Monorepo (?).

Let's consider convert it to a Monorepo.

In support of this, also consider to unify this repo to @byloth/exceptions which -in the past- was actually part of this repo and now has some strange behaviour & overlap to this repository itself to work "properly".
