[SECONDARY FEATURE] Professor Search Hotkey

User Story

As a student, I want to be able to quickly search professor information with a hotkey instead of clicks.

Technical Tasks

• Create a hotkey that when activated, autofocuses the search input on the extension window
• Use this documentation as a starting point
• Settings panel has hotkey toggle and documentation on what the hotkey is mapped to

Acceptance Criteria

• Entering the hotkey opens the extension window and autofocuses on the input
• The hotkey should be able to be activated anywhere.
  • There should be an option in settings to disable the hotkey
