strange error #3
Description
I continuously get the same error when attempting to create the docker build.
ERROR: failed to solve: process "/bin/sh -c apt-get update --fix-missing -qq && apt-get -y install -y -q software-properties-common && add-apt-repository ppa:deadsnakes/ppa && apt-get update && apt-get install -y python3 && apt-get install -y python3-pip && apt-get install -y build-essential python-numpy python-pysam python-htseq" did not complete successfully: exit code: 100
E: Unable to locate package python-numpy
E: Unable to locate package python-pysam
could anyone help with this?
