Not working for me

Hello, I stumbled upon this trying to cleanup my essentials files, I tried it but it does nothing, it says i have 19k players files, but none are deleted.

I'm trying to delete all the accounts which dont have any money or balance 0, keeping those who are in a town or have homes.
