Description
"As Admin I want to be able create and update Templates so Businesses and Students can apply for templated projects."
On admin page add two new buttons:
- Create New Project Template
- Templates
Similar to Projects we want to create Templates with two fields: Title and Description, see the list of Templates and edit existing Template.
